Applications of SlipLease®
Roto Moulding
Our semi-permanent products provide multiple release cycles, and work well for all types of thermoplastic compounds with complex shapes. Concentrated products can be diluted with water before application
Resinated Felt
Sliplease® water based concentrated products provide excellent release for all types of phenolics. Plastic film on the mould can be avoided with proper concentration and application of our products.
Epoxy Casting
Our range of products are suitable for all types of epoxy and curing agents. Our products work well for moulding complicated parts at different moulding temperatures. Glossy and uniform finish is the key performance of the products.
SMC
Our environmentally friendly products are suitable for all types of epoxies, complex moulds and different mould temperatures especially high temperatures. Minimal cleaning may be needed for post finishing operations if any. We also provide products in aerosol cans suitable for smaller moulds.
Moulding
Our products are designed to tackle the toughest moulds while reducing hazardous smells and emissions. The Sliplease® product range includes a hybrid releaser + sealer which reduces the number of coats required. We offer water based grades that provide a mirror finish / excellent gloss. Our technology is compatible with vacuum infusion, hand layup and RTM processes
Pultrusion and Gratings
Sliplease® internal release agents provide a better finish, safer working conditions, a cleaner environment, and are more suited to intricate parts than traditional chemicals. Our range of products is suited to all types of resins and is compatible with different curing agents and additives.
Filament Winding
Sliplease® solvent and water based release agents provide excellent release from different types of mandrels. Excellent thermal stability of our products keeps mandrels clean for longer time. Our range of products works well for polyester, epoxy and vinyl ester resins.
